Day 2 & 3
We left Albuquerque around 11A.M. to head off to Cottonwood AZ. It took us about 6 hours to get there. That was one of the harder days with Jax. When he would wake up, he would cry and since we were driving and I couldnt take care of him he would get even more upset. He did this a couple of times. Once we got to Cottonwood, Jax met his Great Grandma, Great Great Grandma, Great Great Uncle & Great Great Aunt. Wow, thats a lot of greats.
The next day we took a 5 generation picture. Its so cool that we were able to do that. Not many people even have 5 generations. After lunch we headed out to Lake Havasu. Jax slept most of the way there because we gave him gripe water but an hour before we got there he started to wake up and throw a fit.
We stayed the night at my grandparents place and that was his first time meeting his Great Grandpa.
Lacy's squirrel somehow ended up in the hotel room with us. I have no idea how that happened but she was pretty happy.
I gave my hubby my skittles bag and took a picture of him pigging out. He tried to hide it but I was to fast.
We found a better way to change him in the car. This was a lot easier then having him on one of our laps.
5 Generations!
Best purchase! This portable swing kept us sane!! Anytime he got fussy, we would stick him in this and he would fall asleep right away.
